PM2T is a Women Owned Small Business (WOSB) offering "Property Management and Preventive Maintenance services focusing on Residential, Commercial, and Government Facilities".  As a home owner and holder of investment properties, I've discovered the importance of preventive maintenance on my own homes and properties. PM2T is an organization specializing in combining preventive maintenance into property and facility management. Comprised of administrative, managerial, and operational personnel, we provide facility services to residential, commercial, and government dwellings. Services include initial assessment of dwellings, scheduled preventive maintenance, small interior and exterior repairs, emergency calls, maintenance and management for owners and managers of homes, rentals, offices, and facilities.   PM2T has opened its unique concept and services to the DOD, DOT, Maritime, and Special Services Industry.  The Maritime Division specializes in the preventive maintenance of privately owned, commercial, and government boats, ports and harbors.  PM2T's Special Services will be coming soon.
